Child Arrangements Support Services
How I will be working
with you
Advice, Support & Mentoring
I will provide you with the best possible support and advice, with the welfare of the children remaining central at all times. It is a bespoke and personalised service based on what you need. I will use my experience as a Social Worker in the Family Courts and my skills as a professional coach to guide you through the complexity and challenges of making child arrangements with your ex-partner at all the different stages of the process. This includes making agreements to avoid Family Court Proceedings, mentoring and supporting you through Court proceedings and further advice following the making of Final Orders.
My service will be bespoke and confidential, but the safety of children will take precedence above all. I am not a lawyer and cannot give you legal advice, but I help you understand the legal context and the way courts work.

Plan how I can best help you
We plan together whether you want a one-off consultation or a number of mentoring sessions. We focus on what would most help you, for example; writing a Position Statement for Court, conduct in Court, how to manage professionals, how to reduce conflict with your ex-partner and improve communication, talking with children or Parenting Plan.
Mentoring Sessions
The sessions will take place remotely via telephone, WhatsApp, Zoom or other platforms. In-person meetings can be arranged, but there will be a cost of travel. The session will last for one hour. A summary can be sent via email following the session.
