Co-Parenting Support

Drawing on years of working in the Family Courts, I can provide advice and support with co-parenting. Help will also be provided to navigate through family proceedings. Following the making of Court Orders, help is available to prevent returning to court. I will talk you through the Court process and how to best present your case at Court. Advice can be given on improving communication with your ex-partner, how to reduce conflict and reach workable agreements for the children. Joint sessions with your ex-partner for dispute resolution can be arranged by agreement with your ex-partner. 

I will help you:

• agree child arrangements without having to go to court.

• navigate through court with advice and support.

• to work with lawyers, Social Workers and Cafcass.

• to understand the court process

• present your case at court in the best interests of your child(ren).

• devise a parenting plan.

• to communicate effectively with your ex-partner and reduce conflict.

• discuss with your child(ren) the arrangements and explain court decisions.

• manage post-court arrangements and avoid returning to court.
