This is my contract with you to work at my very best to help you and your family.
Mentor's Promise and Agreement
The focus of our work together will always be centred on your child(ren).
Our conversation will be aimed at helping you find the solutions that make things better for you and your family.
Information and advice will be provided, but you will be encouraged to decide on the actions to take.
I will not be judgemental and make assessments that will be shared with others (including the court) unless expressly agreed.
The conversation will be confidential. Information will only be shared if there is a specific safeguarding or criminal concern about a risk to you or others.
Sharing of information with your solicitor needs to be expressly agreed.
Challenging questions may be asked in order that I can understand your situation better and help you find the best solution.
My reflections will be clear and honest.
Brief notes of each session will be provided to help you reflect on the decisions made and actions to take.

Each session is 60 minutes and can extend to 90 minutes.
Cancellations need to be within 24 hours so new appointments can be rearranged.
